The Wise Business
I was a business man for a few years now. I have a water refilling station which was running for almost 4 years now. I used to have a car wash shop as well although it only lasted for a year. My group of friends are on the same field as well although some weren’t successful I notice one similar factor from all of us that forces us to close our business down, it’s usually the problem with the owner of the property where our businesses were placed.
When I was just starting with business I knew how a good place would help my business a lot so I took time finding the best place to rent for my business. For the first few months I was doing great, my location has a lot of customers passing by and was very busy and I was earning well. Several months later competitors started to rise nearby and I can really feel that my sales are going down every month.
It was then I realized on how the owner of these commercial spaces were so lucky to have their lots being rented by different business man and would even worry of competitors or not being on business because as soon as I left my location, a new business rose up my previous site and that means the lot owner would just continue to receive his monthly rents.
Lately, I’ve been starting to learn the business on real estate and I find it more profitable than anything I have ever been too. A friend of mine was the first among us who was able to find a good house in MN and sold it after a few days. It would just have to take a lot of hard work and connections to get a good income out of it.
